Mohammad Belal Hossain, Managing Director & CEO was born in 1981 in a village whose Name is Makimpur, Manikganj Sadar in a reputed business family. He obtained various academic degrees like BSc (Hon’s) in Zoology, LLB, MBA, and Masters in HRM from Dhaka University. Professionally, he is a human resource professional and had served in various reputed companies for around 20 years. He has a dream to work with entry-level farmer's work to continue sustainable agriculture development in the country.

In that sense, RIZIK VALLEY LIMITED started its journey. Mainly right now we are engaged to improve all types of Agro seeds, Foods for production, and marketing, and later on, will start manufacturing units inshallah.

Mohammad Sujon, Director-Operations basically obtained his Graduation in Agriculture and around 10 years of practical experience in the relevant field. RIZIK VALLEY LIMITED has a chance to use his expertise in the agro-industry as well as help rural farmers.
